Ina-Garten
Ina Garten, an American writer of cookery cookbooks as well as Emmy Award-winning host of the Food Network's most popular program, Barefoot Contessa that debuted in 2002 and will run for 27 seasons until 2020. Ina Garten started her career in the White House where she wrote nuclear energy policies and budget papers. While she found it interesting initially, she eventually lost her interest in it and purchased a small speciality food shop - Barefoot Contessa. After nearly 18 years of making the store a huge success, she sold it, and then began writing her first book. A number of other books and newspaper articles were published. Her Food Network TV show also made its debut, and was a huge hit. Her range of items spans from cooking equipment, to food items and storage containers. Ina she is a self-taught cook, has never studied at a culinary school or in a hotel. Her name is known for her effortless approach to entertainment and simple food preparation. Her most well-known recipes are Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
