Ina Garden is a famous American cookbook writer who has been awarded Emmy Awards. She hosts the most popular Food Network program, Barefoot Contessa. The series began in 2002. The show will run for another 27 seasons. Ina was employed at the White House as a writer of nuclear energy policy documents and also the budget. In the beginning, she was enthralled by the intellectual stimulation that came with her work, but she soon began to lose enthusiasm. In her place, she purchased Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. Before selling the business it took her more than 18 years building it to the most successful shop. Numerous other books as well as newspaper articles were published. Between them the Food Network show was also successful. In addition, she offers products including food-related ingredients, storage containers and tools. Ina has never attended any cooking school and has not been employed in restaurants.
